THE STORY
Yashab Masibh, known by his stage name Jasper, is a multi-faceted music producer, composer, and artist relations specialist based in Goa. With deep roots in genres like techno, psytrance, downtempo, hip-hop, and rock, his sound is as diverse as his experience in the music industry.
As the former Head of Music at XXL Music, he played a key role in discovering and nurturing talent, signing four distinct artists, and driving the release of 20 tracks and four music videos that resonated across platforms.
Currently working as A&R at FanFliQ, Yashab is on a mission to empower artists by fostering authentic fan connections and championing the creator economy. His collaborations extend to global meditation gurus, where his finely-tuned skills in sound design and production elevate the depth of meditative practices.
His expertise has shaped the musical landscape of renowned festivals like Lollapalooza, Oddball, Sauce, and Rap91 by Spotify, where he has led music curation and artist management.
Now, Yashab is immersing himself in Goa’s underground DJ scene, curating live sets that are a hypnotic blend of techno, psytrance, and downtempo—a true reflection of his signature sonic identity.
